The expression level of MISP, KLF10, KLF15, PPP1R18, and RXRβ in EC109 cells treated with MEK specific inhibitor. Total RNA was extracted from EC109 cells pretreated with MEK specific inhibitors (U0126 and PD98059) for 1 h and then treated with TPA for another 24 h. RT-PCR was performed to analyze the mRNA expression of MISP, KLF10, KLF15, PPP1R18, and RXRβ, with GAPDH shown as an internal control.
