Glycyrrhizin Protects Rats from Sepsis by Blocking HMGB1 Signaling

GL treatment reduces sepsis-induced mortality. Rats were given GL at increasing doses for 3 days after the induction of sepsis via CLP. Survival was monitored every 12 h for up to 168 h after CLP. rats/group. The survival rates of treatment groups were compared with the CLP group.
