Mean values ± sd. Statistical differences: with cream1 ( p<0.05; p<0.01); with cream2 (§ p<0.05)). The difference between intact and stripped skin was significant only for ointment1, in both epidermis (p<0.01) and dermis (p<0.05). The formulations were applied at finite dose (10 μg/cm²).
