NOR = normal control treated with water; DMBA = DMBA control treated with 2% ethanol; TAM + DMBA = positive control treated with tamoxifen (3.3 mg/kg); AS + DMBA = animals treated with the A. seyal extract (v/v: 1/1) at the doses of 50, 150, and 300 mg/kg. All groups except of normal group (NOR) received an intragastric dose of DMBA at the dose of 80 m/kg.
