Parameter optimization for the threshold-based method on real data. Small datasets of the same dimension size as real dataset were generated, to which clustering analysis used the threshold-based weighting strategy with different parameters. Optimal clustering result on a dataset of 9 measurements is achieved when setting and , which will be adopted in the following clustering analysis on real data.
