lncRNA-MEG3 Suppresses the Proliferation and Invasion of Melanoma by Regulating CYLD Expression Mediated by Sponging miR-499-5p

<div>MEG3 affected A375 cells migration and invasion in vitro. (a) Transwell assay and wound-healing assay were used to assess the influence of pcDNA-MEG3 on migration and invasion of A375 cells. Upregulation of MEG3 markedly retarded the metastasis of A375 cells in pcDNA-MEG3 group compared with normal control group and pcDNA-control group. (b) sh-MEG3 enhanced distinctly the invasion and migration of A375 cells in sh-MEG3 group in comparison with normal control group and sh-MEG3 group.
