Effect of govaniadine on the caspase-7 activity in MCF-7 cells. MCF-7 cells were treated with 0.1% DMSO (control), 1 μM, and 2 μM of govaniadine, respectively. Mean ± S.D values of three independent experiments carried out in triplicate were used (<0.05, <0.01 when compared to the control).
