Cytotoxic and Apoptotic Effects of Govaniadine Isolated from<i> Corydalis govaniana</i> Wall. Roots on Human Breast Cancer (MCF-7) Cells

<div>Effect of govaniadine on (a)<i> p53</i>, (b)<i> Bax</i>, and (c)<i> Survivin</i> mRNA expression in MCF-7 cells at 24 h incubation. MCF-7 cells were treated with 0.1% DMSO (control), 1 <i>μ</i>M, and 2 <i>μ</i>M of govaniadine, respectively.
