CD30 Is Highly Expressed in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Induces the Pulmonary Vascular Remodeling

<div><i>CD30 decreased the level of MMP-2 in the HPAEC and HPASMC cells. </i>HPAEC and HPASMC cells were treated with indicated dose of CD30. And then MMP2 activities were detected as described in Materials and Methods in the cell supernatant. Relative fluorescence intensity indicated the activities of MMP-2. CTR: control cells.
