Effects of PCPP and PCPP-1a on cell viability and proinflammatory cytokines and NO production in murine macrophages. RAW264.7 cells were incubated for 24 h with increasing concentrations of PCPP and PCPP-1a and then cytotoxicity was determined by MTT assay (a). The levels of TNF-α (b), IL-1β (c), and NO (d) in the culture supernatants were determined by ELISA assay. Values are mean ± SD of three independent experiments. p<0.01 and p <0.05.
