Effects of PCPP and PCPP-1a on cell viability and proinflammatory cytokines and NO production in murine macrophages. RAW264.7 cells were incubated for 24 h with increasing concentrations of PCPP and PCPP-1a and then cytotoxicity was determined by MTT assay (a).
