Anti-pCD163 antibody was used to detect the expression level of pCD163 in MARC-145 (lane 1) and pCD163-MARC cells (lane 2). β-Actin was used as loading control. The data presented here were results from one experiment of three Western blotting experiments. (b) Densitometry analysis of the digital image from three independent experiments. The band intensities were shown as the relative protein expression levels, normalized with β-actin. Error bars indicate the standard deviations of three experiments.
