Hsp90 Inhibition Reduces TLR5 Surface Expression and NF-κB Activation in Human Myeloid Leukemia THP-1 Cells

GA does not affect basal levels of p65 protein in both cytoplasmic and nuclear fractions of THP-1 cells. Cells were treated with or without the Hsp90 inhibitor GA (20, 50, and 500 nM) for 24 hr. The levels of NF-κB p65 expression in the cytoplasm (a) and nucleus (b) were measured by Western blotting analysis. β-Actin was used as a cytoplasm marker and lamin B as a nuclear marker. Data are expressed as means of relative expression ratio ± SD ().
