Hsp90 Inhibition Reduces TLR5 Surface Expression and NF-<i>κ</i>B Activation in Human Myeloid Leukemia THP-1 Cells

<div><i>GA enhances TLR5 mRNA expression in concentration- and time-dependent manners</i>. Gene expression of TLR5 was determined by qRT-PCR and was normalized to that of <i>β</i>-actin.
