Transduction efficiencies in BMSCs after lentiviral vector transduction. The BMSCs were transduced with EF1α-eGFP (MSC-GFP), EF1α-Lats1-IRES-eGFP (MSC-Lats1), EF1α-Lats2IRES-eGFP (MSC-Lats2), pLLU2G–control (MSC-shcontrol), pLLU2G-shLats1 (MSC-shLats1), and pLLU2G-shLats2 (MSC-shLats2), respectively. The transduction efficiencies were determined by light microscopy (upper, 200×) and fluorescence microscopy (middle, 200×), and the percentages of eGFP-positive cells were measured by flow cytometry (bottom).
