Influence of Drug-Carrier Polymers on Alpha-Synucleinopathies: A Neglected Aspect in New Therapies Development

<div>Histograms report the percentage of SH-SY5Y cells possessing <i>α</i>FF fibrils (<i>α</i>FF cells) with respect to SH-SY5Y cells adhered when SH-SY5Y cells were cultured in normal media (naïve), in media containing 70 nM of <i>α</i>FF (<i>α</i>FF), and in media containing both 70 nM of <i>α</i>FF and hydrogel supernatant at 1 : 5 dilution (<i>α</i>FF hydrogel).</div>
