Cell viability of human middle ear epithelial cells (HMEECs) following exposure to lead: exposure to more than 100 μg/mL of lead(II) acetate trihydrate for 24 h significantly decreased HMEECs viability as compared to control cells. Error bars indicate the standard error of the mean (SEM).
