Caffeine Sensitizes U87-MG Human Glioblastoma Cells to Temozolomide through Mitotic Catastrophe by Impeding G2 Arrest

Representative cell cycle analysis in different treatment strategies. Combination of caffeine and TMZ impeded TMZ-induced G2 delay in U87-MG cells and caused an increase in the sub-G1 and MN phase (TMZ versus TC/CTC, p < 0.05).
