Four-chamber black blood T1-weighted image (a) shows a hyperintense lobular mass infiltrating the interatrial septum and part of the posterior wall of the right atrium (asterisk). Corresponding T1-weighted image with fat suppression (b) demonstrates homogeneous signal drop of the mass, confirming the presence of adipose tissue (asterisk).
