<div><b>Expression stability of 12<i> V. volvacea</i> reference genes as calculated by BestKepper.</b> The CVs and SDs of the candidate reference genes were used to evaluate the stability of the candidate reference genes in all tested conditions. The gene with the lowest CV and SD was considered the most stably expressed, which is on the right, while the least stable gene is on the left.
