Selection and Evaluation of Appropriate Reference Genes for RT-qPCR Normalization of Volvariella volvacea Gene Expression under Different Conditions
Validation of reference gene quality. Relative G6PDH expression levels were normalized using candidate reference genes under different conditions. (a) Expression levels were measured in the presence of (a) CuSO4 and (b) NaCl and normalized using the most and least stable reference genes. SPRYp, UBQ, and TUBα represent the three in five most stable reference genes and 28S the least stable gene in Cold and NaCl.
