Effect of pH on activity of immobilized and free TTL mutant. The reactions were all carried out at 35°C and the enzyme activities were determined in buffers with different pHs: citric acid/sodium citrate (pH 6.0-6.6), Tris-HCl (pH 7.0-9.0), and Gly-NaOH (9.6-10.0) which contained 100 mM CNDE and 5 mM zinc acetate.
