Reusability of immobilized TTL mutant for hydrolysis of CNDE in aqueous and n-heptane-water (2:8) biphasic system. The reaction mixture was composed of Tris-HCl buffer or n-heptane-water (2:8), 1.0 M CNDE, and 50 mM zinc acetate. The reaction was carried out at 30°C and 500 rpm with mechanical stirring.
