The obvious increase of ki67 expression was observed in positive control group (a) and only half of that level was observed after gentamicin treatment in the antibiotic treatment group (b) (antibiotic treatment versus positive control group, P<0.001), which both significantly higher than that in sham-operation group (c). And the ki67 labeling index (LI) of three groups (d) quantified the difference of ki67 expression among them (about 35%, 15%, and 5%, respectively).
