Adenylate kinase activities of MRSA cultures treated with different concentrations of azalomycin . MRSA ATCC 33592 cultures, respectively, treated with 1.0, 2.0, 4.0, and 8.0 μg/mL of azalomycin , were incubated at 37°C for 6 h, and their luminescence was recorded using a SpectraMax M5 microplate reader. indicates a significant difference between blank control and azalomycin group with specific concentration .
