Elevated TERT Expression in TERT-Wildtype Adult Diffuse Gliomas: Histological Evaluation with a Novel TERT-Specific Antibody

<div>TERT expression in human glioma samples. (a) TMab-6 immunostaining of the glioma samples demonstrated strong nuclear as well as some cytoplasmic staining in tumor cells. Representative tumors were shown in the astrocytic, oligodendroglial,<i> IDH</i>-wildtype GBM, and<i> IDH</i>-wildtype diffuse astrocytoma groups. Glioma cells in all the cases showed nuclear immunostaining of TERT to a various degree.
