Alpha-L-Fucosidase Serves as a Prognostic Indicator for Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma and Inhibits Its Invasion Capacity

<div>Invasion assays were used to detect the motility of HuH28 cells treated with phosphate-buffered saline (PBS)/alpha-L-fucosidase (AFU)/AFU + deoxyfuconojirimycin (DFJ) for 30 minutes. The cells that invaded or migrated to the lower side were counted using a microscope. Original magnification of images shown: ×100.
