Multiple logistic regression model of variables influencing the multiple-step procedure. In order to scale OR in a more intelligible range, size of myomas is expressed as mean (cm) of all myomas treated in each patient. Grading of myomas is expressed as mean of all myomas treated in each patient. Multivariate logistic regression model was fit to the prediction of a cold loop hysteroscopic myomectomy in a single-step surgical procedure (coded as yes = 1 and no = 0), incorporating as explanatory variables all the variables that showed a p value ≤ 0.25 in bivariate analysis [11]. The goodness of fit for logistic regression models was checked using the Hosmer and Lemeshow test.
