Stromal Cell-Derived Factor-1<i>α</i> Alleviates Calcium-Sensing Receptor Activation-Mediated Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury by Inhibiting Caspase-3/Caspase-9-Induced Cell Apoptosis in Rat Free Flaps

<div>(a) Free flap survival status on day 7 after ischemia/reperfusion (I/R). The necrotic ratio in the CaCl<sub>2</sub> group was significantly higher than that of the other groups, while the necrotic ratios in the NPS2143 + CaCl<sub>2</sub> and SDF-1<i>α</i> + CaCl<sub>2</sub> groups were significantly lower than that in the NS group. (b) Apoptotic cell analysis by TUNEL staining after 2 h or 7 d of reperfusion. Apoptotic cells in the CaCl<sub>2</sub> group were remarkably increased, while apoptotic cells in the NPS2143 + CaCl<sub>2</sub> and SDF-1<i>α</i> + CaCl<sub>2</sub> groups were notably decreased
