CD4⁺CD25⁺ Tregs by labelled CFSE were successfully transferred into the mouse body. (a) The percentage of CD4⁺CD25⁺ Tregs was 89.3%. (b) CD4⁺CD25⁺ Tregs labelled with CFSE can be detected after adoptive transfer at 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h. Six mice per group were used in the study.
