Adoptive Transfers of CD4+CD25+ Tregs Raise Foxp3 Expression and Alleviate Mouse Enteritis

CD4+CD25+ Tregs by labelled CFSE were successfully transferred into the mouse body. (a) The percentage of CD4+CD25+ Tregs was 89.3%. (b) CD4+CD25+ Tregs labelled with CFSE can be detected after adoptive transfer at 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h. Six mice per group were used in the study.
