PF reduced -induced inflammatory factor in PC12 cells. PF prevented the increase of the mRNA expression of the inflammatory genes, such as IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α. PC12 were pretreated with PF (200 μM) for 2 h and then cultured with 200 μM for 2 h. P<0.01 versus the Sham group, P<0.01 versus the group.
