(b)–(f) Growth curves of the BY4742, ire1Δ, gas1Δ, and GAS1 OE strains treated with or without 0.125, 0.25, 0.5, or 1.0 μg/mL Tm were monitored (OD600) at various time points. Tm denotes Tunicamycin, represents a big difference, and BY4742 was considered to be the control.
