The chemical structure of lycorine hydrochloride (LH) and the Time-killing assay of LH against C. albicans SC5314. The initial inoculum of the assay was 10⁶ cells/mL and the incubation was performed at 37°C. means p < 0.05 compared to drug-free controls.
