Galangin Suppresses Renal Inflammation via the Inhibition of NF-κB, PI3K/AKT and NLRP3 in Uric Acid Treated NRK-52E Tubular Epithelial Cells

Effect of galangin and UA on NRK-52E viability. NRK-52E cells were treated with galangin (0-40 μg/ml) in the absence or presence of UA for 24 h and cell viability was measured by CCK8 assay. Results are expressed as mean ± SEM of three independent experiments. ## p&lt;0.01 vs control.
