Galangin Suppresses Renal Inflammation via the Inhibition of NF-<i>κ</i>B, PI3K/AKT and NLRP3 in Uric Acid Treated NRK-52E Tubular Epithelial Cells

<p>Effect of galangin on NLRP3 expression in UA treated NRK-52E cells. Galangin inhibited the expression of NLRP3, ASC and caspase-1 in UA treated NRK-52E cells. Each of the protein bands was normalized to band of <i>β</i>-actin and reported as relative intensity.
