A Novel Clinical Six-Flavoprotein-Gene Signature Predicts Prognosis in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Predicting the function of genes in the signature. Gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) showed that the flavoprotein signature was significantly associated with EMT pathways and long chain fatty acid metabolism (a, b). Two KEGG pathways (focal adhesion and cancer-related pathways) were significantly enriched in the enriched gene sets (c, d) (, FDR < 0.05).
