Effects of carnosine on HG-induced cell viability and ROS production in MPC5 cells. Cells were incubated with normal glucose (NG, 5.5 mM), high glucose (HG, 30 mM), and carnosine (5-30mM) under HG condition for 48h. (a) Cell viability was evaluated by CCK-8 assay (n=3).
