Common Core Bacterial Biomarkers of Bladder Cancer Based on Multiple Datasets

Common core bacteria in 24 bladder cancer samples. There are 31 bacterial genera (Core31) in all of these 24 samples, including Clostridiales_f_g, Peptoniphilus, Mycoplasma, Cupriavidus, Lachnospiraceae, Ureaplasma, Delftia, o_Rhizobiales_f_g, Acinetobacter, Enterococcus, Hydrogenophilus, Prevotella, Bacillus, Brevundimonas, f_Enterobacteriaceae_g, Geobacillus, Streptococcus, f_S247_g, Rubrobacter, Bifidobacterium, Finegoldia, Achromobacter, Stenotrophomonas, Actinomyces, Lactobacillus, f_Oxalobacteraceae_g, Sphingomonas, Anaerococcus, Staphylococcus, Corynebacterium, and Sphingobacterium.
