Immunophenotyping and biomass quantification of tumor cells. (a) Multicolor flow cytometry was conducted on a BD FACS Verse™ to examine the abundance of immune-related molecules as stated in material and methods. (b) Quantitative analyses of cell vitality using 0.2% crystal violet staining after 72 h incubation with test substances.
