Effect of eNOS on Ischemic Postconditioning-Induced Autophagy against Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury in Mice

<div>IPostC decreased the myocardial infarct size induced by I/R injury. Infarct size was measured following 2 h of reperfusion. I/R significantly increased myocardial infarct size and was decreased by IPostC.
