Effect and Mechanism of Survivin on Hypoxia-Induced Multidrug Resistance of Human Laryngeal Carcinoma Cells

<p>Downregulated<i> survivin</i> expression in hypoxic laryngeal carcinoma cells transfected with<i> survivin</i>-siRNA. AMC-HN-8 and Hep-2 cells were transfected with either a vector carrying a<i> survivin </i>targeting sequence (<i>survivin</i>-siRNA) or a vector carrying a<i> survivin</i> scrambled. Cells were cultured in hypoxia for 24 hours.
