Quercetin Inhibits Inflammatory Response Induced by LPS from Porphyromonas gingivalis in Human Gingival Fibroblasts via Suppressing NF-κB Signaling Pathway

Quercetin inhibited production of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, and TNF-α in LPS-stimulated HGFs. HGFs were pretreated with quercetin at different final concentration of 5 μM, 10 μM and 20 μM for 1 h, respectively, followed by LPS stimulation (final concentration at 1 μg/mL) for 24 h.
