HFDPC expressed mRNA and proteins for several histamine receptor subtypes. HFDPC lysates were prepared and analyzed for alkaline phosphatase activity. Representative results from triplicate samples are presented as the mean ± SD (a). RNA from HFDPC was collected, and the expression levels of the histamine receptor subtypes were analyzed using real-time RT-PCR.
