Follicular Helper T Cell Derived Exosomes Promote B Cell Proliferation and Differentiation in Antibody-Mediated Rejection after Renal Transplantation

<p>Tfh cell-derived exosomes in AMR patients promote B cell proliferation and differentiation. The proportion of CD3-CD19+B cells and CD3-CD19-CD38++ plasma cells was detected by flow cytometry.
