(b), (c) The expression of human APP was detected by Western blot. Compared with N2a cells, the expression of APP in N2a-APP695 and N2a-APPsw was significantly increased. (d), (e) The expression of human Aβ was detected by immunocytochemical staining. Compared with control cells, Aβ was significantly increased in N2a-APPsw cells.
