<i>Gingko biloba</i> Extract (EGb) Inhibits Oxidative Stress in Neuro 2A Cells Overexpressing APPsw

<p>Effects of EGb on the activity an oxidative product in N2a, N2a-APP695, and N2a-APPsw cells. N2a, N2a-APP695, and N2a-APPsw cells were treated with 100 <i>μ</i>g/ml EGb for 0 or 8 h. Compared with N2a cells, the activity of MDA in N2a/APPsw cells was significantly increased (<i>p</i>&lt;0.001). After treatment with 100 <i>μ</i>g/ml EGb, the activity of MDA in cell homogenates was significantly decreased (<i>p</i>&lt;0.001).
