EGb decreased the expression of Aβ in N2a-APPsw cells. (a) Intracellular Aβ expression was detected by immunofluorescence. (b) The expression of Aβ in N2a-APPsw cells was significantly increased (p<0.001). After treatment with 100 μg/ml EGb for 8 h, the expression of Aβ was decreased (p<0.001).
