IGHG1 functions via the MEK/ERK/c-Myc axis to regulate PCa tumor growth in vivo. (a) DU145 cells were injected to nude mice, together with or without IGHG1 genetic silenced or IGHG1 antibody injection. One month later, mice were sacrificed, and the tumors were isolated.
