Dihydrochalcone Derivative Induces Breast Cancer Cell Apoptosis via Intrinsic, Extrinsic, and ER Stress Pathways but Abolishes EGFR/MAPK Pathway

Reduction of mitochondrial transmembrane potential (MTP) of MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 cells after treatment with compound 1. MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 cells were treated with compound 1 at various concentrations for 24 hours, and MTP was measured by staining with DiOC6 and employing flow cytometry.
