<p>H&amp;E staining on the sectioned slices at 12 weeks postoperatively. (a) There was new bone regeneration (Bone) in nHACM+BMMSC and nHACM/B9+BMMSC groups. Some fragments of nHACM were not completely biodegradable (nHACM). (b) New bone volumes of nHACM+BMMSC and nHACM/B9+BMMSC groups were much higher than the control group.
