(c) Western blot analysis revealed that the expression of CDK4 was inhibited after the overexpression of miR-194-3p. (d) Real-time PCR showed that the mRNA expression of CDK4 was suppressed after miR-194-3p overexpression, P< 0.05. (e) When miR-194-3p was inhibited, the expression of CDK4 increased.
